| The Dwelling Project |
| On the 14th of September at the Strange Cargo Gallery in Folkestone Nick Shearon from The Word will be hosting a little art installation called The Dwelling Project where he will be encouraging children to create a small eco village within the gallery. |

| Strange Cargo are seeking to commission 2 experienced digital artists to create exciting artworks/installations for an experimental exhibition to explore the innovative and exciting ways that digital art and web 2.0 can be used to increase audience engagement both in the real time of the gallery and on line. |

| ‘Identity’ is the main source of inspiration in Martine’s work. She focuses on everyday objects and landscapes. By placing these in a particular context, Martine creates a thought-provoking and fascinating perspective – and in this way she explores how identity is created and influenced by its environment. |
