Carnival of the Planets

The theme for the spectacular Millennium Charivari was "Carnival of the Planets."

For New Year's Day 2000, Strange Cargo created an extraordinary carnival for Dover, the first place in the UK to welcome the new Millennium. The costumes designed for this Millennium parade were also featured in the Folkestone Parade. These costumes, along with additional sections representing the planets, contributed to the largest and most impressive Charivari celebration ever produced.
