Charivari 2019

On 16th July 2019 thousands of people lined the streets of Folkestone to see the parade of costumes that this year were inspired by A Night at the Movies. All of the costumes were made by local schools, teenagers and Strange Cargo’s carnival artist team. It was the most spectacular carnival and a great way to celebrate our 23rd Charivari.
