Skellynight 2002

Our final Skellynight followed a similar programme of development as the two previous years events, and the performance attracted a massive audience on the night. The parade and beachfront finale around the Harbour were spectacular, heightened by the extreme weather conditions lashing the performers and audience en route.

The celebratory development had been a great success in Ramsgate, it had created an identity for Ramsgate to build on and identified a large and loyal audience for community events. Setting the bar high for subsequent development work in the town.
